Complete Driving Experience (CDX)

Complete Driving Experience (“CDX”) maintains a strict no-refund policy.

By purchasing, registering for, or scheduling any service with CDX, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Driving lessons
  • Classroom or group instruction
  • Knowledge (written) exams
  • Skills (drive) exams
  • Exam attempts (passed or failed)
  • Packages or bundled services
  • Administrative, processing, or scheduling fees

Once a service is purchased, reserved, or scheduled, it is non-refundable.

EXAMS & TESTING SERVICES

  • Knowledge exam purchases include one (1) attempt only, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Exam fees are non-refundable, including for missed exams, late arrivals, failures, or ineligibility.
  • No refunds will be issued due to lack of preparation, technical issues on the student’s device, or failure to meet state requirements.

DRIVING LESSONS & INSTRUCTION

  • Lesson fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, cancellation, or rescheduling.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson time without refund.
  • No refunds are issued for unused lesson hours.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & NO-SHOWS

Missed appointments, cancellations, or no-shows do not qualify for refunds, credits, or transfers.

SYSTEM UPDATES, SCHEDULING CHANGES & OPERATIONAL ISSUES

CDX may update its website, software, scheduling system, or internal processes at any time.
Delays, changes, or rescheduling related to system updates, weather, safety concerns, or operational needs do not qualify for refunds.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers are required to contact CDX directly with any questions or concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of services
  • Account suspension
  • Loss of scheduling access

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase or scheduling services with CDX, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understand this No Refund Policy
  • You agree that all sales are final
  • You waive the right to request or expect a refund
